Collage is one of my favorite activities! The act of cutting and pasting can be very therapeutic and spontaneous. It requires no artistic background and there is no right way to create. Participants will be encouraged to work quickly and intuitively. There is no need to overthink or worry about doing anything wrong! The important thing is the creative process and the freedom to express yourself.
We will explore color, shape, line, and layers, using all sorts of art supplies including:
- magazines / books
- colored / patterned papers
- maps
- tissue paper
- other found papers / objects
$40 per person includes all supplies. Just bring yourself and a desire to create & connect with others. Also byob if you like.
